I was lucky enough to win front row tickets to the Roger Waters concert. Since they clearly noted 'no professional cameras', I only took my backup camera. Of course, since my backup camera is a Minox GT-E, it takes very nice pictures. Its only real drawback is its wide angle (35mm) lens. Because of this, you have to get pretty close for a good pictures. Front row, nearly center (seats 13 & 14 out of a row of 40) was close enough. Because the GT-E has a maximum aperature of f2.8 (vs the f9+ of a standard point & shoot camera), I had much better luck getting good pictures than the other people near me. I've selected 24 of these pictures for this quick gallery.
If you're interested in any of the pictures, just get in touch with me and tell me the 'magic number' underneath it. You can call me at (816) 468-4836 or email me at: steve@svandyke.com
