August 16th, 2002 - The 25th anniversary of the Big E's 'state change' and the 15th Annual KY Elvis Parade!
With Grand Marshal Amanda Marsh from Fox's "The Bachelor", Emo Phillips, The Human Torch and more Elvi than you can shake a stick at, there was more to see and try to explain to your therapist later than ever before.
