I got a new toy this past year that lets me do just terrible things to pictures. They wind up looking like Impressionist paintings. I've been having so much fun with it I decided to do a calendar of the impressionist pictures this year.
Each calendar is hand made and may be signed if you so desire. They're printed on heavy stock with actual photographs pasted on for maximum picture quality. They're an 8.5" x 11" sheet folded in half and run for 13 months. Here's a shot of the cover:

The thumbnails below show you the pictures for each month. Clicking on any of the thumbnails will take you to a month-by-month gallery where you can see each image at a larger size. Please note that these images are scans from the negatives and may look slightly different from the actual prints. Blame the differences on my modest scanner (HPS20), differences in monitor calibration, and the cat who 'helped' me with the scanning.
Some of these images may be hard to see on the computer. With the actual prints you sometimes have to stand back a bit to see what the image is. I think it's fun to stand well back and see all of the details of the image, then come in close where you realize that the details aren't actually there - your eyes and mind were just filling them in for you.
